Telehealth therapy · California
Therapy for neurodivergent teens and young adults — focused on building the real-world skills and routines that make an authentic, grounded life feel possible.
Who I work with
A neurodivergent brain isn't a broken one — it's one that needs a different kind of map. I work with teens and young adults with ADHD and AuDHD to build that map: understanding how their brain actually works, and what it needs to feel less like white-knuckling through someone else's world.
01
Executive function challenges, time blindness, emotional dysregulation, the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. We build systems that fit how your brain actually works — not the neurotypical default.
02
The Autism + ADHD intersection is its own complex terrain. Sensory overload, masking fatigue, social exhaustion, and the unique challenges of a brain running two operating systems at once — I work with all of it.

I don't do generic coping strategies. Every individual I work with gets a picture of how their specific brain operates — what drains it, what charges it, what gets in the way — and then we build from there.
Sessions are direct and practical. We talk about what's actually happening at school, at home, in your head at 2am. Then we figure out what small, concrete things could make tomorrow slightly more survivable than today.
I use CBT and DBT not as rigid frameworks but as a toolkit. We take what's useful, adapt what isn't, and we never ask you to perform wellness you don't actually feel.
The goal is a life that feels genuinely yours — not a performance of what a "functioning person" is supposed to look like.
